At Globe Moto, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best quality motorcycle accessories. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 3 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or customized products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

If the item is returned damaged or used, a partial refund or denial may apply.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. For size exchanges or other preferences, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
