Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer domestic and international shipping. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary by country)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or customs processing.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship to most international destinations.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Globe Moto is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping issues.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at globemotostore@gmail.com

  • Please include your order number and any relevant photos for damage claims.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund, if applicable.
